" We purchased an Everlite travel trailer recently and being a new manufacturer we did have our reservations., but after speaking with the sales staff at Evergreen RV and doing some homework, we found that this trailer is at the edge of the new line of ECO-FRIENDLY trailers. After purchasing our trailer we took it out on it’s maiden voyage and what a surprise ! Not only does it pull like a dream, but the fuel economy I am getting is not to be believed. I am getting an additional mile and one half per gallon of fuel.  "

" While shopping for a new motorhome and wanting an upgrade from our current RV, we found Evergreen RV over the internet. Evergreen RV went the extra mile to work with us over the phone during the process and we finalized the trade and purchase of our new Camelot on a visit down to their facility. BY the time we arrived the coach had been through make ready and cleaned top to bottom. We knew we had found our dealer and new home. Both the price of the motorhome and the trade were more than fair. We have taken our motorhome out on several trips and have fallen in love with it. "

"Based on the previous reviews, I went in with the attitude that I had to stay at the dealership the entire time they had my coach and look over their shoulder at everything they did. I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of calling. The tech diagnosed the problem immediately and Evergreen immediately contacted Monaco for authorization to replace the inverter. After I pressed the service writer to push Monaco for an immediate answer, he stayed on the phone until he got authorization. Within an hour, Evegreen found that they had an identical inverter in inventory and within 3 hours I was on the road again. I was allowed to look over the tech's shoulder during the entire installation. He did not say much but obviously knew his business.  The service writer stayed right on the job and knew what the tech was dog.

I am not sure if my diligence made the difference, or new people are working at Evergreen now, or I just got licky that it was a slow day, but I was very pleased with the people and the service at Evergreen."

"They were great, I was on the road and developed a real problem. I was told by Monaco that Evergreen was the best service center in the area and they were right, not only did they get me back on the road, they got me out of there the same day at a fair price.

The sales staff graciously showed my wife the new Monaco Motorhomes and escorted us to their lovely Activity Center to wait in complete comfort. Go see these nice folks and tell them Jerry and Gracie sent you. "
